Tamara Cavor was born in Montenegro and grew up in Florida. She earned a BS in International Economics from Florida Atlantic University and an MS in Banking from the University of Montenegro.
Tamara has spent more than a decade in finance on both sides of the Atlantic, from managing residential and commercial assets at Bayview Financial in the U.S. to advising the Securities and Exchange Commission of Montenegro. She joined Idea in 2018 as a senior analyst.
Today, as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations, she puts that experience to work making sure Idea is strong and ready to say yes to small business owners who need funding to grow. Outside of work, you’ll find Tamara on the tennis court.
