Idea Financial is seeking an Administrative Intern to embark on a journey of learning and growth in a dynamic and collaborative office environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to contribute to our company's success. Through this internship, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in a wide range of administrative tasks, including clerical and administrative duties, investigating, ordering, and preparing promotional materials, assisting with event planning and execution, helping organize and optimize the general office, and supporting Culture and Marketing initiatives. In addition to gaining practical skills, you will also learn from experienced professionals and gain insights into the inner workings of a successful business. As a member of our team, you will be encouraged to take the initiative, ask questions, and share your ideas.

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain contact lists and manage correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Book travel arrangements and coordinate with vendors
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- File management: Ability to organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- QuickBooks: Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial record keeping.
- Office management: Knowledge of office procedures, equipment, and systems.
- Personal assistant: Ability to provide administrative support to executives or high-level individuals.
- Phone etiquette: Excellent phone manners and the ability to handle calls professionally.
- Medical receptionist: Experience in a medical setting, handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, etc.
- Typing: Proficient typing skills with accuracy and speed.
- Event planning: Experience in organizing events or meetings.
